This privacy policy applies to the PlanPol app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by PlanPol OPC Private Limited (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about your location.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Email, Mobile Number, Age, Address, Occupation, Marital Status, and Religion.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information as required by law, to comply with legal processes, protect rights, ensure safety, or work with trusted providers who follow similar privacy standards.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention and Deletion Policy

1. Retention of User-Provided Data

The Service Provider retains User-Provided Data for as long as you actively use the application or as required to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

2. Right to Delete Data

• Request for Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your User-Provided Data at any time. To exercise this right, please send your request to techadmin@planpol.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include details to identify your account.
• Processing the Request: Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity to ensure data security. Once verified, we will delete your User-Provided Data within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal or legitimate business purposes.

3. Residual Data

While we will take reasonable steps to delete your User-Provided Data, certain residual data may remain in backups or logs for a limited period, but this data will no longer be actively processed.

4. Data Retained for Legal or Legitimate Purposes

Certain data may be retained as required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or market to children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us at techadmin@planpol.com for removal.

Security

The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your information.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you by updating this page. Continued use of the Application implies consent to the updated policy.
